ONG KEAN SWAN 是老千？ONG KEAN SWAN 被警方通缉？？ONG KEAN SWAN 被控假冒TENGKU？？？
以上种种指责，都是从圆梦集团一开始以来就不停在网上疯狂流传，絮绕于耳的流言。只要是在网上搜寻关于圆梦，ONG KEAN SWAN，这些负面讯息就像是缺了提的水坝，排山倒海的涌上来！真可谓是好事不出门，坏事传千里！
一直以来，圆梦家人都一直抱着清者自清的态度，只当这些捏造谣言者是井底之蛙，食古不化，不与他们一般见识，所以只保持沉默。但随着时间流逝，这些谣言不但没有平息，反而越传越猖狂，越传越得意。
沉默不再是金，是时候圆梦家人站出来平反了，为了未来的千秋大业，世人福祉，说句公道话了！

ReplyDeleteI joined surewin4u since Nov2012, so far bonus paid out by the company every month at 10th, 25th and quartery bonus every 15th Oct, Jan, Apr & Jul never delay or postpone. I'm glad to join such a great company which given me 5 digit income every month now.

ReplyDeleteAlthough a lot of bloggers talking bad about SureWin CEO Mr Ong Kean Swan,but the company was kept growing with other business like newly Safety Locker,property,restaurant, gaining one of Top award from Uniasia and etd. Despise this baseless accusation,i have received the payment on time by twice per month since last year, people who was jealous with Mr Ong was the one who kept on criticized him in the blog, but luckily Mr Ong has started to take legal action against them. Yes!!!!

Surewin never fail to realise his promise. All Surewin mbrs are so full of confidence that we will grow bigger n bigger. Can u imagine how that day comes when all of ur daily expenses turn out into income flowing back to ur pocket??? If that happens, it is the greatest blessings to all consumers. ReplyDeleteAdversaries create HATE PROPAGANDA for reasons best known to themselves.
Peter achieved the highest rank of Crown Star Director as an independent distributor in a renowned MLM organic firm in 2003 when he was 20 years old, and studying full-time at the college.
To achieve the Highest Rank of Crown Star Director in that MLM organic firm, Peter must earn RM50,000 or more per month, continuously for 6 months for the award.
This is no small feat for young Peter who was studying full-time at the college; earning RM50,000 or more per month at the age of 20 in Year 2003, some 11 years ago. Big money value those days in Year 2003!
His brother, Philip also achieved Crown Star Director rank in the same month whilst studying for his Masters Degree full-time at UTM.
This record made both brothers who were full-time tertiary students, the YOUNGEST TOP EARNERS in the MLM Industry in Malaysia.
The record NO ONE has broken todate!
Because of this special selling point, the brothers were being head-hunted by the MLM bosses to be their distributors in their company start-ups. One of them was the Cafe boss.
In the MLM industry, the distribitors are not employees of the firm. They are "freelance salemen”, earning from the commissions (also called bonuses) from their line setups.
Being young and just out of school, having no experience or exposure on the “evil” world, the brothers could not believe that their elder unscrupulous MLM bosses would take advantage of them. They worked very hard and seriously for their group members to generate breakthrough incomes for the downlines and the company.
For the Café, they managed to gather some 170,000 member downlines in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore.
However, at the peak of the business their bosses absconded leaving the brothers in the despair because the majority of the members were their downlines.
The brothers fell deep in debts trying to revive the Café, but to no avail.
Peter and his brothers totally had no mountains of wealth to lean for support.
Peter and Philip earned their first millions in their 20s, whilst studying full-time for their degrees, but lost everything to swindlers, nearly two years later.
They picked themselves up and made it to more millions in 2008, but their bosses absconded and left the brothers in the lurch.
He had only RM2000 or HKD4000 with him gathered by the parents, and with Philip, both brothers ventured abroad to Cambodia to face the brave new world.
They hoped that in Cambodia, their money could last longer.
Alas, this little money could not last…
God makes a way when there seems to be no way!
Philip won the BACCARAT KING 2009 competition in Cambodia.
The competition title was BACCARAT KING.
This is the beginning of their dreams for hope;

They have worked very hard for their successes in this brave new world:
* Braving Typhoon Muifa in Honggjiao Shanghai which destroyed a huge billboard opposite the hotel they just arrived to conduct their maiden Baccarat classes.
* Braving the terrible derailment of the Shanghai fastest train in the world when going to Hangzhou, and many more incidents.
* Braving bullies and gangsterism everywhere
Few people who have gone through this trajectory in life could lift themselves up or dare to dream.
Life is hard, but God makes the way…
Allow me to highlight some observations as regards the Tengku issue:
ReplyDeleteIN MALAYSIA, if a report on criminal frauds, etc are duly lodged with the police, normally the latter has to arrest and handcuff the person for investigations, whether he be right or wrong.
THE PERSON REMAINS INNOCENT, UNLESS PROVEN GUILTY
Peter was released with NO CRIMINAL OR ADVERSE RECORD by the court after the authority finished their investigations.
Peter Ong Kean Swan is an ethnic Chinese Malaysian.
In Bahasa Malaysia, they used the word “menyamar” on him vis-a-vis the case.
In English, they used the word “fake or imposter” on him vis-a-vis the case.
I do not know how those adversaries, critics, narrators, news-writers, forum-writers, et al, understood or understand the above word(s) used for this situation or context; its unfair and unjustified propaganda impacts on the victim(s).
When “menyamar”, “fake or imposter” is applied to the victim, it implies that the title was being used by the accused WITH THE PURPOSE OR INTENT TO DECEIVE ”UNDETECTED”.
In legal language, the purpose or intent to deceive undetected indicates a gulty mind or “Mens Rea”.
Those adversaries, critics, narrators, writers, et al, must be aware and also know that Peter Ong Kean Swan USES HIS CHINESE NAME AT ALL TIMES AND OCCASIONS.
When the Chinese name was or is used with an “uncommon” Malay title "Tengku" to a Chinese, could Ong Kean Swan pass himself off TO DECEIVE “UNDETECTED”?
DEFINITELY, HE COULD NOT DECEIVE AND OR BE UNDETECTED!
DEFINITELY, NOT FOR RM100 HOTEL SPECIAL DISCOUNT!
WHAT HE HAS PROVIDED FOR CHARITY IS MUCH MORE THAN RM100!
If he really used the title as reported, then it is open, not hiding or with an intent or guilty mind (mens rea) to deceive undetected. because his Chinese name was also used with this uncommon Malay title "Tengku" to a Chinese.
All those hiding, deceiving and avoiding detection could not happen because HE IS AN ETHNIC CHINESE USING HIS CHINESE NAME AT ALL TIMES AND OCCASIONS!
This means he “bona fide” had the necessary proof(s) of his “call-name or nama panggilan” and NOT USING AS "nama samaran untuk menyamar".
Fake, imposter and “menyamar” were the wrong words to use for this budding young dynamic Chinese Malaysian entrepreneur and philantropist; a misnomer in this case!
Therefore, he did not “menyamar sebagai Tengku” or was he a “fake Tengku” or an “imposter Tengku”!
I trust the narrators, writers, et al, concerned need to address their understanding of the word(s) used for specific situations or contexts, and not just a distorted appreciation of English or Bahasa Malaysia to be fair to the victim(s).
If you had seen in newspapers and TV, people with guilty mind or guilt intent (mens rea) when arrested would normally shade, hide or cover their faces.
DATO’ SRI DR ONG KEAN SWAN HAS NOTHING TO HIDE OR BE ASHAMED.
DATO’ SRI DR ONG KEAN SWAN HAS NO CRIMINAL OR ADVERSE RECORD ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD TO DATE.
DATO’ SRI DR ONG KEAN SWAN PROUDLY SHOW AND DISPLAY CLEARLY HIS HANDSOME FACE FULL PAGE IN ALL ADVERTORIALS FOR ALL TO SEE AND KNOW HIM AS THE BACCARAT LEGEND!
Let me throw some lights on the Bank Negara issue:
ReplyDeleteBank Negara (BNM) is the government regulatory body dealing with a lot of things, inter alia, to alert consumers and the public on suspected undesired happenings in financial business dealings, activities, etc. of the firms in their “blacklist”
or to use BNM’s language, it is the “CONSUMER ALERT LIST”
BNM DOES NOT USE THE WORD “BLACKLIST”.
Members of the public could lodge a report to BNM on suspected undesired happenings in financial business dealings, activities, etc.
BNM may or may not call up the person who makes the report for “interviews” to understand the report further.
BNM as a regulatory body would “LIST” the firm(s) for MONITORING PURPOSES, and KEEPING THE CONSUMER ALERT until the evidences are conclusive for action to be taken against the firm(s).
THE FIRMS REMAIN CLEAN AND OPERATIONAL, although they are listed by BNM to guide the consumers and the public on the alert..
This is some form of Caveat Emptor or in English “Let the Buyers Beware”.
Allow me to share some observations.
ReplyDeletePeter leads by example. He puts much emphasis on giving back to society as an imperative programme of SUREWIN4U.
He would encourage the people around him to be involved in charitable works as well as serving humankind and humanities.
Peter recalls a poem written for him some ten years ago:
There is only one life to live,
There is only one life to give,
Yesterday has begun to rust,
Tomorrow is not guaranteed to us!
He has donated much in cash and kind to charitable and eleemosynary institutions such as the Homes for the Aged, Orphanages, Schools, Women's Welfare, SPCA, and others.
Peter works relentlessly, pushing himself to the frontiers of the horizon. He could choose to retire and live a blissful life, but he would not sit back because:

This emphasis has been relayed by his brother Philip during the SUREWIN4U classes because Peter wants to "leave his footprints on the sands of time as the BACCARAT LEGEND.”

ReplyDeleteYou guys are seriously on drugs. Ths fat ass has been busted, and is now wanted by Interpol. He is on the run, and I hope he gets arrested soon. He will be thrown in jail, and will benefit from the prison meals, cos it will help him to lose some weight. He looks like a pig!!!
